Our fee structure is designed to align our interests with those of our investors. The standard fee structure is as follows:

• 80/20 profit split: We take a 20% fee on profits until a 20% return.

• 70/30 profit split: Once a 20% return is achieved, the fee changes to a 30% fee on profits above that threshold.

However, if you invest more than €5,000, you will be considered a "super investor" and will always benefit from the 80/20 profit split, regardless of performance.

No, our hedge fund is not regulated by the CNMV or any other regulatory body. It operates as a private investment fund/club for friends and family. While there is a contract to be signed by both parties, we are not subject to formal regulation.

Capital is intended to remain invested for a full year, with profits distributed and the initial investment returned at the end of the cycle. However, if needed, you can withdraw your funds at any time by paying a €25 exit fee.
